About me

I am a licensed psychotherapist specializing in cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), and I also incorporate schema therapy into my work with both individual and group patients.

As a queer person myself, it is important to me to offer other queer people a therapeutic environment that is as sensitive to discrimination as possible. Topics that may arise in therapy in this context include coming out, gender transition, experiences of violence, alternative family structures, and many more. Please feel free to get in touch if you have any questions about these or related topics.

I studied psychology in Hamburg, Hildesheim and Potsdam and completed my psychotherapy training in Berlin. It was there that I was granted my licence to practise as a psychotherapist by the State Office for Health.

I am a member of the Professional Association of German Psychologists (BDP), the German Association of Psychotherapists (DPTV), and the Association of Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Trans*, Intersex and Queer People in Psychology (VLSP). As a psychotherapist, I am also required to be a member of the Bremen Chamber of Psychotherapists.

You can reach me personally during my telephone consultation hours on Wednesdays from 12:00 to 12:50 p.m. at 0421 845 144 64.
